The first part of the process is the consultation. We will talk to you in detail about the process answering any questions you may have about the procedure and what it is you are wanting to achieve. We will go through colours and match the perfect pigment of your choice and will advise what colours suit your complexion and skin tone. The lip liner is then drawn on with a pencil, We will even out symmetry and add volume where possible. Only until you are 100% happy with the shape of the lips will We begin the treatment.

The Treatment

Using a specialist machine We will gently implant pigment to the skin using a variety of sterile needles depending on the look required. The treatment usually takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours but can vary on person to person. With lip treatment, the lips are likely to swell and scab so We advises not to make any social plans for a few days afterward.

The retouch

A re-touch appointment is needed 4-6 weeks after your first treatment. In this appointment, We will go over the lips and add more pigment where needed. It is normal for lips to become patchy in the first few weeks. This is because the skin is healing and some parts may not hold the pigment in the skin as well. We are not always able to determine the healing process as each client is different. It is always advised each client attends for their retouch.
